eSIM not working abroad? How to fix it

Installed your eSIM but have no internet? Work through these checks in order.

  1. Check that Data Roaming is on for the eSIM line.

  2. Make sure the eSIM is selected for mobile data.

  3. Turn Airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off.

  4. If it still doesn’t connect, set the APN shown on your install page (if one is listed).

  5. Restart your phone.
