Most phones from 2018 onwards support eSIM. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use another network’s eSIM.
How to check on your phone
iPhone: Settings › Mobile Data. If you see “Add eSIM”, it’s supported.
Android: Settings › Network & internet › SIMs. If you see “Download a SIM instead?”, it’s supported.
Or dial *#06#. If an EID number is shown, your phone supports eSIM.
